    Daily Rates Include

    1. Airport pick-up and return, Windhoek.
    2. Accommodation, meals and laundry service.
    3. Services of a Master hunting guide, trackers and skinners.
    4. All ground transportation of trophies on hunting ground.
    5. Beverages (Alcoholic Beverages, but modest).

    Not Included

    1. All travel and accommodation prior to and after the safari.
    2. Trophy fees for all animals, taken, or wounded and lost.
    3. Rental of weapons and / or ammunition.
    4. 15% VAT weapon rental or any extra services
    5. 15% VAT on animals wounded and not found.
    6. 15% Vat on day rate.

     Please Note

    1. $1000.00 per hunter deposit is required to secure a booking and a $3000.00 on a Leopard hunt to secure booking. Deposits are non refundable unless we can find someone else in that time slot or the hunt is cancelled a year ahead of time. We will however roll over the deposit until such time when the hunt can be taken.
    2. Any day with weapon on a hunting vehicle is regarded as hunting day.
    3. Staff tips at clients’ own discretion.
    4. Arrival day and departure day is considered as one
      observer day.
    5. Hunter will be charged $1.00 / km for special species
      outside hunting area. ( Will be discussed with client in advance of hunt)
    6. Prices are subject to change if world circumstances impact the exchange rate in a severe negative way.

    Leopard Hunts

    US $19 000.00 / €18 000.00 all inclusive. This includes:

    • Pre-baiting of 3 weeks ahead of hunt,
    • Baiting during hunt,
    • Tag Fee,
    • Trophy Fee,
    • Accommodation,
    • Airport Pick up & return,
    • 14 hunting days.

    If we don’t get a cat then the trophy fee will be deducted.
